Fertility issues are important for all physicians hoping to start families.
At the end of the presentation, learners will be able to:- Recognize higher infertility rates in female physicians vs. general population
- Explore emotional, financial impacts and options for fertility preservation
- Integrate fertility discussions into medical education; address risks and consequences
- Review findings on physician fertility choices and impact on family planning
