The FMA is committed to providing physicians with professional development and educational opportunities that will strengthen their ability to succeed and thrive in whatever professional setting they choose to practice within. Today's healthcare professionals are facing unprecedented organizational, cultural, and professional changes and challenges. With this in mind, the FMA has collaborated with a variety of experts to develop a series of online courses intended to support the leadership skills of Florida physicians. This particular module presented by a physician and coach highlights the five generations that currently work side by side in the workplace today. The intention is to provide key messages about each generation, emphasize differences and commonalities, and share insights that will enable physician leaders to unify their workplaces more effectively and respectfully.
